A Discovery Session is a chance to slow down, share what’s been happening in your marriage, ask questions, and see if coaching with us feels like a good fit.

Let's Start with a Conversation

Just a conversation.

There’s no pressure and no obligation moving forward afterward.

Both spouses are welcome. One can come first if needed.

Most couples don’t come into a Discovery Session feeling confident or certain. Many feel nervous, emotionally tired, skeptical, or unsure whether coaching will actually help. We understand that. Our goal is not to pressure you or force quick decisions. It’s simply to create a calm space where you can talk honestly about what’s been happening and begin getting clarity about what may help moving forward.

Most couples don’t come to coaching feeling confident or certain. One spouse is often more ready than the other. Many couples worry coaching will just mean more talking without real change. We understand that hesitation, and we don’t rush past it.

If You’re Unsure, That’s Okay

It’s Okay to Feel Unsure

What to Expect

A relaxed conversation about your marriage and what’s been difficult lately

Space for both spouses to feel heard and understood

Honest guidance about where you may feel stuck

A chance to ask questions and explore possible next steps together

At the end of the Discovery Session, we’ll talk honestly about whether coaching with us feels like the right fit for your marriage and what next steps could look like if you decide to move forward. Some couples feel ready right away. Others need time to think and talk together first. Either is completely okay.
