- First 4 sessions: 80–90 minutes
- Remaining 12 sessions: 50–60 minutes
- 6-month structured path with weekly, biweekly, and tapered sessions*
- Pre-coaching marriage assessment that provides insight into your marriage dynamic
- Intentional at-home practices paired with personalized guidance and email support between sessions
- Communication and emotional connection tools (with printable cheat sheets) to help you repair, rebuild, and reconnect

*All sessions must be used within 6 months. If a session is missed or not scheduled within the timeframe, it will be forfeited.
